IF YOU are New…

Heart Heart

If you are new here, welcome. I am truly honored that you would step into this space.
After my husband, Lew, died, I began documenting my story of grief. At first, it was simply a cathartic way to move through my sorrow. As a singer/songwriter, I found a way to express what I was feeling. What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would resonate with so many other widows.

I didn’t want to walk into a church or a community center as a widow—I just couldn’t bring myself to go there. But as more and more women began responding to my posts, I started to sense that God was creating something different here… something meaningful.
So I started a free support group.

Our very first gathering had five women. Today, over 200 women have signed up to be part of Grief and Me. Some join us live for our sessions, others quietly read the blog and write me back (which, by the way, I truly love).

This community has become a lifeline—not just for them, but for me as well. I’ve grown to deeply love the women in this space, and now… you are part of it too.
You are invited to join us every Thursday at 3PM PST.

The Zoom link is included in this email—just click it, wait in the waiting room, and I’ll open the session right at 3.

I can’t wait to meet you.
Gina

If you want more support:
I offer a few ways to walk through this kind of healing more deeply, depending on what you need.
A guided space for widows
A more intimate coaching experience
Or a place to simply be supported as you navigate this season
You can take a look and see what feels aligned for you.

No pressure in any of this… I am on a mission to support you however you need.

Below is the zoom link for you to join our sessions… Don’t be afraid to show up and dip your toe into community. I can’t wait to see you and meet you!
