About Me
Welcome — I’m Gina.
I created Grief and Me to support women walking through deep loss who still long to grow.
When I lost my husband Lew to melanoma, my world changed forever. Grief wasn’t just something around me — it became part of me.
I came to realize that healing doesn’t mean “moving on.” It means moving with. Finding meaning, strength, and even beauty inside the broken places.
That belief has become a core truth in my life: we don’t move on from grief — we move forward with it.
Through one-on-one coaching, honest conversations, and heartfelt community, I walk alongside widows who want to honor what was while gently exploring what’s next.
What makes this different? I’ve lived it. I know the ache of loss. I know the slow rebuilding. And I know there’s hope — even here.
Grief and Me is more than a name. It’s a movement. A quiet, brave rebellion against silence, shame, and isolation.
You are not alone here.
